Helionix Systems, Inc. (HSI) is a recently formed Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) business with a management team that is formed by Senior Management and Technical Staff from Consumer Fuels, Inc. (CFI) and Phenix Machine Works, Inc. (PMWI).

Under the leadership of Dan McClure, (Vice President Business Development, HSI), CFI expanded at an average rate of over sixty percent per year between 2000 and 2008. Over ninety percent of CFI’s support was provided to the Government or Government prime contractors such as, Raytheon, General Dynamics and ITT. CFI received the 2008 Supplier Excellence 3-Star Award from Raytheon.
